This Magnificent vintage Cartier ring from the 1999 Sauvage collection is just stunning. The large dome ring is beautifully crafted in 18K yellow gold and set with over three carats (3.00 ctw.) of white and natural brown diamonds. All the diamonds are pave? set. As usual with all Cartier jewelry, the details on this ring are just unbelievable and the finish is stunning. The serial number and hallmarks are engraved on the inside of the ring. This is a pre-owned ring in very good condition. The ring is size 6, and can be re-sized within a limit.
